As you might know william hill is losing money so the only way to keep their money coming in is to rip people off, like you and me, I hope after reading this new players will think twice before registering. I agree! This is an appalling company, and I know what I'm talking about, bcos I used to gamble there for years! They used to send me emails to join their website, so I did. They didn't require any Ids at that time, but as soon as I made my first withdrawal, they blocked my funds and said they had reason to believe I was underage. I am 49. SO my question is – if they think I'm underage, why send me emails to join them in the first place? Isn't that illegal? Ridiculous company...I am sure there are many more angry gamblers out there, I would never recomend to use this casino, so you will have to decide for yourself

William hill is a good company, all the negativity comes from the users, who don't read the T&C, which is the first think you have to do before you register. That's where all your troubles come from – from being lazy and not reading the rules lol I registered there back in 2014 and ever since william hill has been my casino #1 - they are HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and very DILIGENT. I've had delays in payments, but only because they were verifying my ID. I always got the money in the end, I was trying to uloap my win loss statement from casino so you fold could see my statistics there but I cannot do it here for some reason, but anyway I was always on the winning side there more

They're fine, I wouldn't say that william hill is so horrible=) it's just how they operate, all the casinos have the same rules, they will never put the interests of the customers higher than their own, it's just the way it is. I was always careful not to win too much, because that's a major red flag for them, once you win big, they pay very close attention to you and might block your account and nothing u can do abt it....
I play in this casino a lot, they recenly added this cool game there called crazy monkey and it's my new addiction, the graphics are fantastic and it's a nice change from the usual slots and card games lol

OK i was wrong when i thought all online casinos were scammers but William hill seems legit, I even won $200 already, and sent it to my webmoney account hehe I only play slots, since they are easy and don't need too much thinking. They did it again. It is crazy how long your withdrawal sits in pending status. There is never an easy withdrawal; always a painful experience with multiple follow-ups, wasting hours with live support, email etc to get things moving.

I was committed after 1st withdrawal - verification; no more pending withdrawals; withdrawals are instantaneous. But that's not the case. One thing is for sure when it comes to response time from customer service; this casino is the worst.
One more drawback, 2nd withdrawal within a week would result in transaction charges £25 -£250; probably the only online casino doing it or at least from the ones I have played in.

Awaiting to get the withdrawals to close the account permanently. Too bad though because it is best casino video slots and I enjoyed playing them a lot.
