Typical - when you lose your money you just blame the casino ahahaha you know, no one forced you to play there, you could have taken all your money and went shopping with them instead of gambling again, you should know by now that any casino game is a gamble and you never know whether you'll win or lose, I think it's stupid to blame the casino for that haha
And in defense I want to say that I think Genting is cool and professional, but if you don't know how to win on online casino, better don't even try it

Well, they do have a good selection of games that one would usually find in many other casinos
BUT it's xery, very buggy!I play at between £10 and £15 a spin, and thus the variance for features is very large. However, after a few hundred spins the game will crash and you will have to restart a new game, missing the opportunity for a feature in normal due-course of play. This meant that £1,500 had a total wagering of only circa £8,000 in the end! Very, very poor result

This is my personal review for Genting southend casino. This site keeps forgetting my password and saying it's wrong when it's not. I have to keep resetting password and this also doesn't work most times. The bad review is based on customer support. The request a call back doesn't work. The live chat has never anyone there so only way to communicate is via email and half the time they don't reply. Really poorly run site, they should change something soon or else they will lose all their clients
