It should be illegal! Spent £8,000 after declaring I had a gambling problem. I'll admit it's my own issue but at the same time, they continuously plied me with emails, Facebooks ad's (Showing fake winners) I asked them to stop which they did for a period but then I had phone calls stating that I was a VIP and could get various bonuses. After considering, Zodiac refunded £200 as a gesture of good will and stating that they weren't aware of a gambling problem but realised I had made comments referencing an addiction in the live gaming chat and that the £200 was deposited and bet after this chat happened - THIS WAS A TOTAL LIE! I made the comment weeks beforehand and deposited nearly £10,000 since that chat happened. They have since refused to send me chat scripts, times and dates of deposits placed and their only response is 'Your account is closed thank you' so what am i to do now??? Like I thought, all casinos are very shady, zodiac included. It was my 3rd casino, my welcome bonus gave me $40 of winnings, initial deposit was $70. In 5 days I won $390 in total, that's on top of my deposit and bonus winnings. Tried to withdraw, but got denied. They said I needed to win at least 1000 before I could withdraw – what kind of a rule is that? Shady! after playing on zodiac casino uk for many months i have nothing good to say about this casino except that the games are very nice there... they lure you wth crazy high payouts like it was already sad here before, but that only lasts for a week or so...I am absolutely not a fan of their strict policies with bonuses, VIP points and betting limits in case you're playing with a bonus. I have another bad review for you, guys. An honest zodiac casino review! After already having a former bad experience with zodiac and its affiliates something happened here that once more was a big set off for me and made my worthwhile leaving this negative review. Again concerning their strict policies that protects the casinos profit if you're registered into one of their other systems your record history gets transferred automatically if you sign up for any of the casinos managed by them, which is in fact good since you don't have to get id verified to get your withdrawals released. But it is very terrible if you have a bad history of play with them, since bonuses get suspended and all the $$$ you accumulate on the VIP points get locked out automatically by the system itself and neither the operators nor the support have any control over releasing your VIP money

Also when I signed up they were having a promotion where you get a 100% match upon your 1st-5th deposits up until $300. I ended up getting my 1st bonus upon the deposit but the latter deposit bonuses never ended up getting added to my balance since they automatically went to my VIP points which were suspended and inaccessible to me so I never was able to play with the promised 2nd-5th deposit bonuses, which sucks! 18.01.2026 I registered at Zodiac casino UK. I deposited 1 usd and got 20 of bonus. When I made rollover I had balance of 300.

Recent zodiac casino review from 03.14.2018 - I signed up with the £1 for £20 deal, I didn't have much money left due to recently losing my job. I thought for £1 why not.
