THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT FOR NO REASON!
Went to sign into my account. Advised that account was closed. I havent had any issues previously, and had recently used the account only a few weeks before (losing bets too !) When you try to contact Betfair it is nigh on impossible as the Chat line only operates if you have an active acct that you can sign in to. Useless...and I serioulsy think they are a big scam because they treated me like I was dirt and not a paying customer. Such a shame, cot betfair casino games are actually pretty good

Well, I haven’t won a lot in Betfair. But to be honest. They have a great customer service .. mobile app is amazing. I love their app in my I pad. At the start they had a strict verification process but not annoying. And that’s how big companie should be. Strict verifications are a proof of strong systems that would be for our advantage. ....I never had any issues with deposits or even withdrawals. I just hope I hit the jackpot one day lol

If you think it's a good casino, think again....A multitude of problems leaving me out of pocket. Lack of information on their app to explain things, very easy to misunderstand how something works (using logic) and then find out it's different and you didn't win. Lots of technical issues where either it tells you a part of an accumulator won and then changes it to lost or cash-out suddenly stops working when you want to cash-out and then works fine again when it's too late and you've lost. Find an alternative supplier with less problems. Customer service try to be helpful but are limited in that they can do because the app is so bad
Betfair what a scam, when I won they froze my account, and refused to give back my deposit, i will never play at any casinos ever again just because of my experience on here

Spent thousands of dollars there. Every time I'm about to hit a jackpot, the game freezes whilst on the winning rows. When I log back in nothing. It has happened numerous times. I'm not happy with this company. I'm a platinum member by the way....

Why are u so angry with this casino? It's easy to use on my phone. It is a great app, and its in play features are better than the other casinos I have used.
Here's some advice for you guys:
Do not be tempted by bonuses that offer you free money - they always favour the casino
Do not play games of pure chance like slots or roulette - you will lose all your money
Do not try to move money about within your account - they will block your account - money laundering rules
Do not gamble at ALL unless you understand the probabilities perfectly and are near the top in terms of skill and knowledge.
Never think you could gamble as an alternative to working. Even if you have a long winning streak it will fry your brain
