They don't care about people, money is priority number 1 for them, I played for 10 months, and I still have a lot of money left in my account... Customer service is non-existent, if they reply, it's to let you know that they are holding your money because you didn't pass the verification, or to tell you that your id is not valid, or they don't reply at all, big big disappointment for me! It's a constant battle with them, last time I had to call one of the managers to ask why they are holding my $, and they seemed to have re-opened the account for a few days, but after I played one game they closed it the next day again. foxy bingo promo codes are ok but u cant win much, I've played with another bingo app, which has way more players and higher amounts being won each time. Had a few wins with the other company but with foxy bingo I recognised the same names winning quite often.

I wouldn't usually complain about simply not winning, which could be down to mere luck;however I do believe there is something slightly dodgy going on with regards to repeated wins to the same people. Very low prizes to be won and the app crashes quite often.
